EWiB facilitates mutual support for members by members – and this event takes that to a whole new level! 

Clearly demonstrated at our April event was the breadth, depth and incredible calibre of talent and experience in the room and the need for us to have the time, even if in capsule form, to look at issues that concern or confound us in our business lives.

Within our close, collaborative, confidential, supportive environment, you will be able to spend around 30-40 minutes of quality time working on you and your business, whilst at the same time building closer relationships with fellow members, talking about:-

•  a skill you want or need to develop
• a problem you want to overcome or
• a challenge you need to rise to

Paired up with another, matching the expertise offered with your needs, you will each have the opportunity to help a fellow member because you ALL have skills and strengths to offer and you will each have the chance to be supported because we ALL have things we want to improve.  

The level of support will vary depending on what you would like and what is available.  It could be:-

• Mentoring – talking to someone who has “been there and done that” and can help by sharing their experience.
• Buddying – working with someone who has the same issues as you so you can share what you have tried and compare experiences and ideas.
• Coaching – where someone just listens to you and asks questions so you can work through the issues and find a way forward with their support. 

If you haven’t experienced this kind of workshop, fear not! You will have done something like it, whether talking your child through a knotty problem, dealing with a staff member or colleague or reflecting on some ‘poor’ assistance you’ve been given and felt you could have done better yourself!

Please come prepared to share what you have to offer, receive what your fellow members have to give, and discover how much you already know that could be put to great use, either through the discovery process for yourself, or in sharing with another.
