During her time as a Business Link Adviser, Ruth provided coaching and mentoring to over 300 businesses of varying sizes and stages.  She also ran her own small business beforehand and despite having an MBA, found that her experience of setting up in her own spare room was much more valuable than anything she had learnt whilst studying!  She is now embarking on her next venture- opening “The Larder”, a farm shop based at The Medicine Garden in Cobham.

Ruth has volunteered to share some of her tips of what to do and maybe more importantly, what not to do, to succeed in taming your expenditure.

Ruth will be joined by Catherine Richardson.  

Catherine Richardson is a Wealth Manager at St James’s Place Partnership. She has over 13 years’ experience and as a result of her specialist pensions’ knowledge, undertakes a lot of work with solicitors, assisting clients with the division of their assets on divorce.

Catherine will share some of her knowledge in all things economic and will be on hand to answer any questions you may have of a more technical financial nature.

This meeting is open to members and visitors and there will be opportunities for formal and informal networking as well as time to socialise over a light supper.
