Our expert speaker is Elvira Villarini.  Elvira (Ellie) is a Master NLP practitioner and hypnotherapist, specialising in Time Line Release. She has worked in the Corporate Personal Development and Life Skills arena for the last 15 years as a trusted and respected manager/mentor of large teams at BA and Kingston Communications, and back in South Africa as a Specialist Accredited Trainer for Microsoft.

Her aim when teaching or managing was to ensure each person reached their full potential and they became aware of what they could achieve and how they contributed to the overall objective.

Ellie left the corporate world last year knowing that her focus was to own her own business and to help more than just the team she managed or the group she taught … E-Motion (Excellence in Motion) was born.

Her values and enthusiasm centre around growth and fulfilment. She believes that she makes a difference by enabling those around her to generate a vision, positive options and make the changes to become who they really are.

She knows that when you are in charge of your thinking and when you choose beneficial thoughts free from limitations and negativity, your perception of the world changes and you get a different response…one that is more in line with what you want. You benefit, those around you benefit and the world is a better place.
