I help clients look after two of the most important things in their lives - their health and their children.
Wings - my Youth development academy provides group and 1-1 coaching and personal development for teenagers to give them the skills to get the most out of life.
Vive ut Vitas - this means Life Live to the Fullest and through a range of coaching services and exercise classes, I help clients to do just that. I offer group and 1-1 Pilates classes for all levels in Ashford, Middx, Englefield Green Surry and in Virginia Water.
