After many successful years in consultancy and working in senior line marketing and sales roles, Louise, decided she wanted to pursue her passion in property and create her own company. She formed Property Venture, an overseas property agency to help and support buyers interested in seeking investment property, such as buy-to-lets and holiday homes abroad.

Louise’s own passion for property started with extensions added to her own home, then striking up relationships with two business women dealing in property in Florida and Spain, respectively. Through these connections she built up knowledge of the markets and the buying processes and how to support clients along the way. She also has personal property investments in Poland and UK. She advises clients buying mainly in European countries: Poland, Cyprus, Spain, Morocco, Montenegro, Bulgaria.

Speaking fluent French and some German, Louise brings a wealth of business acumen, as well as researched insight to the overseas property market, with a strong ethos in continuous professional development. This helps keep clients advised at all stages of the latest industry trends, regulations and financial implications. As an Overseas member of the National Association of Estate Agents, (NAEA); a Chartered Marketer; member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), Louise enables clients to make active, intelligent and common-sense decisions, that will bring the best possible returns on their overseas investment.
